Your data, handled with the same care as your product.
This policy explains what personal data this website handles, why, and the rights you have over it. Last updated: 9 October 2026.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Intermex Group — [legal company name, tax ID and registered address — to be completed by Intermex Group]. You can reach us at any time about your data at carlos@intermexgroup.es.
2. What we collect and why
This website does not use forms, analytics or advertising trackers. The only personal data we process is what you choose to send us:
- Email correspondence. When you write to us (for example, to present your brand), we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it solely to respond and to discuss a potential commercial relationship. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract.
- Technical server logs. Our hosting provider processes minimal technical data (IP address, request time, requested page) to serve the site securely and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
3. What we do not do
- We do not set advertising, analytics or social-media cookies, and we do not track you across websites.
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not send marketing newsletters unless you explicitly ask us to.
4. Who else has access
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. and its European network, which process technical data on our behalf as a processor. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Correspondence you send us is stored in our business email systems. We do not share your data with any other third party.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 12 months. Information related to an actual commercial relationship is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and as required by Spanish tax and commercial law.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of them, write to carlos@intermexgroup.es and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EU/EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
7. Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
