Accessibility

This site should work for everyone.

Our commitment, the measures we take, and what to do if something on this website does not work for you. Last updated: 9 October 2026.

Our commitment

Intermex Group wants every visitor — including people using screen readers, magnification, keyboard-only navigation or reduced-motion settings — to be able to read this website and contact us without barriers. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, the reference standard behind European accessibility legislation.

What we have done

  • Semantic HTML with a clear heading structure and landmarks.
  • Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA on both light and dark sections.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators on every interactive element.
  • A mobile menu that announces its state and closes with the Escape key.
  • Animations are disabled automatically when your system asks for reduced motion; translucent surfaces turn solid when your system asks for reduced transparency.
  • Text that reflows and scales with your browser settings; no information is conveyed by colour alone.

Known limitations

The decorative plaque logo is presented as an image with descriptive alternative text; the fine detail of the emblem cannot be conveyed in full. We are not aware of other barriers, and we review the site whenever we change it.

Tell us if something does not work

If you find a barrier on this website, write to carlos@intermexgroup.es describing the page and what happened. We take accessibility reports seriously and will reply within one month. If you are in the EU and are not satisfied with our response, you may use the feedback mechanism of the enforcement body designated under the applicable accessibility legislation in your member state — in Spain, through the Ministry's accessibility channels (audit authority under Royal Decree 1112/2018).
